Organisational transformation

The hospital organisation started it’s value work early 2017 and it will be in progress during all of the year.

The organisation is big and complex which makes it difficult to find common fundamental values and a common view of the values that are part of the organisational culture. The mission is to find the values that today are common and normative and to from there use the processes of Value to formulate a platform for the values that are desired to be prevalent in the organisation. A leadership programme will support the transformation towards the platform.
