Personal and normative values
Value distinguish between normative (such as rules and norms) and personal values (drivingforces). This makes it possible to separate the values of the organisation and the employees in order to clarify them and increase the value congruence.
Our methods is completely scalable; it is equally suitable for organisational development as well as for team- and indivual development.
We map values with the unique interactive web based tool Value Online. Thanks to the interactivity of the tool, values are set against other values and the most important are prioritised.
When we work with storytelling we understand what the values actually represent. The dialogue about the experiences and events that have created the values is a fast track to relational depht and trust.
