Warm welcome to the second edition of the International Value User Conference that gathers facilitators with a passion for values in a two-day event.
As a participant you will experience, test and learn new methodologies and practices related to value work. We hope that you will get inspiration and insights from conversations on and off stage. You will for sure meet and exchange with fellow facilitators from near and far and return home invigorated with new insights, perspectives, contacts and ideas.

09.30 Workshop in Dynamic Value Congruence – How do you ensure value congruence between person-organisation? How do you make it last and still be dynamic so that it reflects and is in support of necessary changes? This session involves both hands-on exercises, discussions and a presentation of the new training in Dynamic Value Congruence that will be released Autumn 2019. Lead by Bobby Forshell.
13.30 Values & The Cultures of the World – In what way is working with values relevant in integration? How can it practically be applied, what are the effects and what opportunities and challenges lie ahead? How does Value.Online "translate" across cultures? We will hear experiences from value facilitators working in the field. During 2019 Value.Online will be released in Arabic and Turkish. With Mahmoud Ramadan (Playmaker, Belgium) and others. 15.30 Beyond Value-based Leadership. What's next? – A conversation with leaders who have concsiously and successfully worked with value congruence in their organisations and teams for years. What did they learn and how did they do it? What are the next challenges in terms of leadership and which questions are now coming to the surface? And how do you prepare as a leader for leaving? With Håkan Arheden, Professor, Senior Consultant and Leader of a Research Group at Lund University. More names to be confirmed. Moderated by Kristin Grímsdóttir.

09.30 Gaining Insights about your Values with Clean Space – A Workshop facilitated by Jane Cox
Invented initially by David Grove (the author of Clean Language) Clean Space is an emergent approach that can be used to gain new insight into any issue. In this workshop, we will look at how facilitators could use the approach with their clients when exploring their personal values – whether on a one2one or group base.
13.00 Stories from the Facilitators – We open up the floor to participants who would like to share a story or an experience in their role as facilitator. What have we learned from the challenges we experienced? Q&A.

Jane Cox has many years’ experience of working with organisations as a Change Consultant, Coach and Coach Supervisor. She is an Ashridge Accredited Coach (2004), has an MSc in Executive Coaching (2009) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Coaching & Organisational Supervision (2011). In her work as a coach and supervisor, she uses an integrative combination of emergent approaches to enable her clients to reflect and explore their work in ways that allow new insights to emerge and inform their future directions.

The conference takes place at the lovely museum Kulturen in Lund that houses 20 different exhibitions, ranging from modern photo exhibitions to historic artefacts, as well as an impressive outdoor museum with historic buildings and gardens.
